• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of game details and for maintaining a fair, respectful environment.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Pickup and Play is not responsible for cancellations by hosts or players.
• Because our platform is free and we do not handle payments, all scheduling and coordination is solely between users.
• Any disputes over commitments or scheduling must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Pickup and Play is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or disputes arising from user interactions or participation in games.
• Users acknowledge that participation in physical activities involves inherent risks and assume full responsibility for any consequences.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on event listings, user communications, or other content in the app.

4. Dispute Resolution

• Pickup and Play does not mediate disputes between users. Conflicts must be resolved directly by the involved parties.
• If disputes escalate to legal action, Pickup and Play will not be responsible for legal costs or proceedings.
